How do I know it's authentic?
We source the real thing — every item is tracked down, authenticated and photographed before you pay, so what you see is what ships. And if it doesn't arrive in perfect condition, you get a full refund within 30 days — see our guarantee.
How do I pay?
When you accept your quote we send a secure checkout link. Payments are processed by Square in Australian dollars — your card details never touch us.
How much is shipping?
Nothing extra — we ship Australia-wide, tracked, and shipping is included in the price we quote you.
How long does it take?
Your quote usually arrives within 48 hours. Sourcing timing after that varies by item — each piece is tracked down for you — and once you've paid we prepare your order and send tracking by email and text the moment it's on its way.
Can I return my order?
If it doesn't arrive in perfect condition, you get a full refund within 30 days — no questions asked. Because each item is sourced specifically for you, we can't always accept change-of-mind returns; the details are on shipping & returns.
How do I check on my order?
Every update — quote, payment, shipping, tracking — arrives by email and text automatically. You can also sign in to your order portal any time with your order reference (it starts with TLF-) plus the email or mobile you used to request.
