Terms of service
No legalese maze — these are the plain terms that cover requesting, paying for and receiving an order from us. If anything's unclear, just ask.
Who we are
TLF (theselookfresh), trading as “sourced”, is an Australian business. These terms cover every request you send us and every order you place — by using the site you agree to them.
What we do
We source luxury sneakers, watches, fashion and decor on request. Ordering is quote-based: you tell us what you're after, we track it down and send you a price with real photos of the actual item — there's no payment when you send a request.
Order flow & acceptance
You send a request; we source the item and send your quote by email and text, usually within 48 hours. An order is placed only when you accept a quote by paying through the secure checkout link we send — until then, nothing is owed either way. If we can't source an item, or it doesn't meet our quality bar, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.
Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include tracked shipping Australia-wide — the price on your quote is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your card details.
Cancellations & refunds
Because each item is tracked down and sourced specifically for you, we can't always accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns once an order is placed. Every order is covered by our perfect-condition guarantee regardless — how refunds work, and how to start one, is set out on our shipping & returns page.
Authenticity
We source the real thing — every item is tracked down, authenticated and photographed before you pay, so what you see is what ships. The full promise is on our guarantee page.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide, tracked, with shipping included in your quoted price. You'll get tracking by email and text the moment your order is on its way — the details are on shipping & returns.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that can't be excluded — including the consumer guarantees.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — the version published on this page applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed. Changes never apply retrospectively to an order you've already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Australian courts.
